Through this website, we collect the information you voluntarily submit via our contact and consultation forms: typically your name, email address, practice name, and a description of what you're looking for. We do not use tracking pixels or sell visitor data to third parties.
This policy covers our website and business correspondence only. Handling of protected health information (PHI) within an active engagement is governed separately by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), provided by your practice as required under HIPAA, once a role involves PHI.
We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain an active business relationship. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
Form submissions on this site are processed via Formspree. Email communication runs through Zoho Mail. Both are standard business tools and are not used for advertising or resale of your data.
