What exactly does a MedBridge Health virtual assistant do?
Our VAs handle administrative and patient-facing tasks that take time away from clinical care: scheduling, follow-ups, insurance verification, inbox management, and more. You can browse the full list on our Services page.
Do you handle protected patient health information (PHI)?
All assistants complete HIPAA best-practice training before starting. Most partnerships begin with non-PHI tasks, and a formal BAA (provided by your practice, as required by law) is put in place once a role grows to include protected health information.
Where are your virtual assistants based?
MedBridge Health is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and we work with practices in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international markets remotely, with scheduling built around your practice's working hours.
How does the pilot trial work?
New practices can start with a short, low-cost pilot, typically one to two weeks, to see real impact before committing to an ongoing arrangement. See Pricing for details.
Can I hire more than one VA role?
Yes. Many practices start with one role and add more as needs grow. Reach out and we'll help structure the right combination for your practice.
What if it's not the right fit?
No long-term contract is required to start. If a pilot isn't the right fit, there's no obligation to continue. We'd rather you find out early than commit to something that doesn't work.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation and tell us what's taking up your team's time. We'll take it from there.
Still have questions?
We're happy to talk through anything before you commit to a thing.
